Intro.
 1.  Common failure when studying & teaching Bible is not getting & giving all the available information on the subject being studied & taught.  Examples:

  a.  The nature of saving faith.

  b.  God’s ability to save & man’s ability to fall away.

2.  That which saves sinners.  The Bible says a number of things save us, and there is complete harmony in all of them.  (Psa. 119:160)

3.  Salvation:

  a.  The Divine Right & Plan, Eph. 1:4-6 (1 Tim. 2:3-4).

  b.  The Human Need & Response, Acts 2:40.

Conclusion

1.  NT says sinners are saved by:  God, Jesus Christ, grace, faith, works of faith, the gospel, hope, baptism & the blood of Christ.

2.  Jesus came into world to save sinners, Titus 1:15 (Lk. 19:10).

3.  By His grace & through His gospel, God calls sinners to salvation in His Son, 1 Jno. 5:11.

4.  Whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved (Acts 2:38-41).
